THINK THIN [The name is somewhat discouraging?]
Have any of you tried this!? I got my first protein bar and never thought I’d buy one myself! It doesn’t taste bad at all :) I chose it because it’s high in protein, 0g sugar [except the sugar alcohol which I need to educate myself on]. Thoughts on protein bars and suggestions!?

in my opinion, protein bars are great AS SUPPLEMENTS. Anything that comes in a bar or is drunk doesn’t substitute the benefits of a real meal. However, if you are busy and need something to hold you through until you can get a meal then bars are ok
