I don’t think I’ve ever had raspberry dressing, but I love it (& it’s non-fat)! The salad contains walnuts, dried cranberries, onions, avocados and some blue cheese.
A HEALTHIER CHOICE
We are having a sponsored company lunch today. The choices are soup, salad, pasta, sandwiches & pizza. I got really excited and could have easily ordered one of my favorite pastas but….. i ordered:
SPINACH SALAD W/ NON-FAT RASPBERRY DRESSING + AVOCADOS
It’s a challenge for me sometimes to make a healthier choice when I’m with a group of people. Taking it one day a time :)
