Progresso light: Roasted chicken & vegetable ..mm!
Not in my meal plan today, but I really wanted some. I drained more than half the soup to reduce the sodium more & I might not have much of the soup left either. I hope that makes a huge difference! :)

Bananas produce a gas as they ripen, and will ripen everything around them as well - that’s why people don’t take them on boats, cos they make the food go off too fast.

1tbsp pb= 100

- Green Tea
- 1 Milano Cookie
Snack
- PB sandwich (1pc bread, 1 tbsp natural pb, 6 thin slices of banana)
- Water
Lunch
- Oatmeal with Banana
- Maybe tea? / Water
Snack
- Clementines/kiwi/apple
- Water
Dinner
- Whatever is at home.
- If I don’t like it, I will stir fry tilapia, spinach & bell peppers.
my boss came back from his trip with Hawaiian chocolate, I may or may not have one some!
GYM!
