What a morning!
Before leaving for work this morning I thought I’d have left over dinner to pack for lunch. It was all gone! I had 5 minutes before I had to leave to whip something up. I knew I’d eventually have to cook so I grabbed whatever was in the fridge: Egg whites, black pepper, broccoli & ham. It turned out to be so good :) I also packed some marinara sauce.

Fresh & Easy supermarket near my gym! They sell all kinds of things ‘eat well’ meals that’s freshly made in the morning. I never thought of going in here, but I did tonight because I have time before my fitness consultation. Who’s excited? ME! :D

ALMOST GYM TIME
So my gym was remodeling last week and didn’t work out, but ate fairly well. I had no motivation this morning.. BUT I will be going to the gym in 30 mins. I get excited EVERY time! It might be because I love the workout station on my Pandora :D
